At the moment SAS can offer the following career opportunities:
Concept Engineer (Fulltime) As Concept Engineer you work together with the other members of the Design and Concept Team. You are responsible for the conceptual design and feasibility of certain designs of new, custom-made machinery and equipment, as used in the offshore. You report to the Manager Engineering.
Controls Engineer (Fulltime) As Controls Engineer you are responsible for the preparation, definition and programming of control software as used for our equipment and systems. You will work for various projects at the same time and within an agreed time-frame. You will report to the Manager Controls.
Design Engineer (Fulltime) As design engineer you work independently in a team of Design, FEM and Concept Engineers. You are responsible for the design of our offshore equipment up to, and including, basic and detail design and all associated calculations. You report to the Manager Engineering.
Electrical Engineer (Fulltime) As Electrical Engineer you are responsible for the design and purchasing of electrical hardware for use in our control systems. You will work for various projects at the same time and within an agreed time-frame. You will report to the Manager Controls.
FEM Engineer (Fulltime) As FEM Engineer you are a part of the Design and Concept Team. You are responsible for the creation of strength calculations using FEM tools or written calculations for new or modified designs of our large and heavy equipment. You report to the Manager Engineering.
Hydraulic Engineer (Fulltime) As Hydraulic Engineer you are responsible for the design and purchasing of hydraulic systems and associated hardware for use in our winch and pipelay systems. You will work closely with the project teams of several projects. You report to the Manager Controls.
Project Engineer (Fulltime) As Project Engineer you are responsible for the day-to-day running of one or more projects. You steer the project and make decisions using information gathered from different departments. Furthermore you are the contact point for all questions and information to and from the client. You will report to the Manager Projects.
